Ms. Walsh graduated from the Creighton University School of Nursing and received her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Creighton, as well.

Prior to joining The Cardiac Center, her primary nursing background was in Emergency Medicine. She also held a House Supervisor position at Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree, California for three years.

Ms. Walsh came to The Cardiac Center in 1992 as the Outpatient Clinic Supervisor, was appointed Director of Clinical Services in 1994 and became Administrative Director in 1998.

Ms. Walsh is responsible for the overall operations of The Cardiac Center and the Division of Cardiology, which includes all aspects of business, financial and human resources management.

She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American College of Healthcare Executives and Medical Group Management Association.
